Rental Criteria:


1. Residents monthly income must meet or exceed 3 times the monthly rent for apartment home leased.
2. Good credit reported by the Credit Bureau of Tallahassee.
3. Favorable rental or mortgage history within the past two years.
4. The following student occupancy policy is to be enforced. No more than 20% of any conventional community may be occupied by students unless authorized by the owner.
5. Criminal background check .

Rent Policy:

Rent is due on the 1st of every month. It is considered late on
the 2nd of the month. On the 5th of each month, your rent must
be paid by cashier's check or money order to include the
$50.00 late fee and all other rent monies owed.
